Moving Books from Calibre to IBooks

When I move books that I have converted on Calibre to IBooks, it's not sorting the book by the author last name. How do I fix this?

iBook Author projects lost... I used iBook Author in the past and had published two books. Unfortunately, I can't find iBook Author and my projects on my Mac. Is there a way to get my books from the store and use these for example with Pages and work on these again?

iBooks import to Pages - Why have Apple killed the iBook? With the update I now have the option to import my .iba files from iBooks Author into Pages to edit. However doing so kills my iBook. So many features from Ibook Author are missing, and importing destroys formatting of Chapters and Pages. There are SO MANY features missing, I cannot see why Apple thought this was a good idea.

In Books on macOS 12, there is a Sort By drop-down in the upper-right side of the Library, and one of the options is Author. In macOS 11, I think that functionality was in the View --> Sort By menu.
