Why does my iPhone keep reducing sound, saying I’ve exceeded the recommended 7 day limit for audio exposure?

I was trying to reply to another thread in regards to this, but couldn’t figure it out. Anyhow, I was able to figure it out after a while. You have to go to the settings>accessibility>Audio&Visual>Headphone notification…switch that to “off” and it should do away with it.
