Notifications not showing on Lock Screen - found a fix

I recently purchased my first iPhone (iPhone 13), I also got an iPad Pro (M1, 12.9”, 2021) to use as a “desktop device”. I’ve noticed that notifications appear in the Lock Screen of the iPad Pro, but notifications don’t show up on my iPhone 13 Lock Screen at all. After searching the web for a fix it has come to my attention that I should “turn off Bluetooth and send myself a test email from another account”.

So, I turned off Bluetooth, sent myself an email from my gmail account, and what-do-you-know.. I’m now getting notifications on the Lock Screen on my iPhone 13. Perhaps there is something in the Bluetooth stack that is interfering with notifications on iPhone lock screens and Apple can use this information to fix this bug.
