Has anyone had a white screen when trying to add someone in the family (with family sharing switched on) to family storage on iCloud? I click on 'Use Family Storage' on my wife's phone and then it goes to a blank screen.

That is frustrating. Have you tried wiping and reinstalling the iPhone? I read that fixed this issue for some blank screen issues.
