Calendar: How to print selected date range.

Hello,

I need to print a calendar but can't find the way to do it. The Calendar app allows you to print individual months but not a date range. I need to print December (or the last 2 or 3 weeks in December) along with the first two (2) weeks of January on the same page.

Is there a way to select a date range and print it in Calendar on one single page?

Thank you in advance.

Hi apple_customer,

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today printing a range of dates in the Calendar app on your Mac.

You can see the methods for printing from the Calendar in the user guide: Print calendars or events in Calendar on Mac. You may find that "Print a list of selected events" will work for you.

If that isn't exactly what you need, try taking a screenshot of just a portion of the screen: Take a screenshot on your Mac. You could then print from Preview.

Have a fantastic day!

Hi MichaelB2019,

I have been able to print it using the screenshot method. The range option only allows me to print entire months and it's not the right solution to my situation.

It would be good if in the future Apple included the option to print any range, with the user selecting the beginning and the ending date.

Thank you very much for your help and for your help.
