iPhone 13 not opening links

There is just a white blank page when I get to open some links on the iPhone 13. For example in the Twitter comments someone posted a link to a YouTube video, that I could clearly see the preview for - click it and white blank page. Or, in my Gmail I got an annoying email from capital one so I scrolled down and clicked unsubscribe - white blank page. These are just 2 specific examples but when it happens I have to close out the whole tab which closes out the original app I was using.
