I'm getting this issue on a myriad of websites on my iPhone 13 Pro Max - iOS15.01.
Audible, eBay, Facebook to name a few.
Does anyone know why this is occurring and how to fix it? It's when I click a link from an email or search page, haven't noticed it when I go direct....
iPhone 12 Max Pro with iOS 14 never saw it. When I Google the issue, I find lots of MacOS problems with the same, but no iOS?

Restart, and try again: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
If you have any add-on VPN apps, any add-on security apps, an ad-blocker extensions, or other such, remove it all, and try again.
Settings > Safari > Advanced > Remove All Website Data, and try again.

No VPNs, no add-on security apps (although I don't know why these would be tbh), no ad-blocker extensions
