“Show Apple Music” keeps reenabling itself randomly

I use local music and iTunes Match only and don’t want Apple Music. It messed up my library last time I used a free trial, but I digress.

I’ve had the option under Settings>Music>Show Apple Music disabled but it keeps reenabling itself every few hours.

Does anyone know how I can keep this disabled permanently?
