Ipad purchase from University Bookstore and return policy?

Hello Apple,

I recently made a purchase of a 2021 11-inch iPad Pro from my College University Bookstore and was informed that I would not be able to return the iPad to them after opening the box.

It has been three days since my purchase and am feeling that I may have made a financial mistake in purchasing this ipad. Is there any way I can have this purchase returned/refunded?
