Do I need to change settings for Safari on Monterey to work on MAC and IOS?

Safari keeps giving me errors since upgrading to Monterey on both my MAC M1 and my iPad Pro. I keep getting "Safari Can’t Open the Page


Safari can’t open the page “https://eauth.va.gov/isam/sps/saml20sp/saml20/login


Because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again."

and sometimes this error will show up.


Error 60: SAML message is invalid


Error Details


FBTSML241E The incoming HTTP message is not valid.




An error occurred while processing your request. Please click here try to login again. If you need further assistance, please contact the HRC Helpdesk at 800-983-0937 7am-7pm Central Time.

The same site works fine with other browsers like chrome and Brave.
