Airpod inquiry

Hello Admin,

I am an student and I live alone in Canada. I was so attached to my airpod and now that it’s not working I am feeling lonely. When I put my airpod in the charge it seems it is working but when I put them one side doesn’t work at all and the other one kust work for 5 minutes and then turn off.

I was wondering if you can help me with that
