Get Rid of Prompts for Music Subscription

Hi,

I tried Music and not only didn't I really like or use it much it caused all sorts of problems with my previously paid for and imported (to iTunes) content.

So my question is can I rid all my devices of the prompts for subscription? I'm pretty sure I'm not ever going to be tempted by it as it just doesn't appeal.

I really resent the fact that I've spent way more of my money with Apple than I really ought but I am not in control of what I see within an app on a device that cost me dearly. Surely its a basic customer choice thing and we ought to be able to say no thanks once and be done with it?

Hello, Steven Hookham.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

If you're using an iPhone, go to Settings > Music. Look for an option that states "Show Apple Music". If this option is on, toggle it off and that should help with the Apple Music subscription prompt when using the Music app.
