That's my whole question. This company controls literal billions in assets, but getting a product fixed depends on that product working? Insanity. I'm sick of owning products that don't work from a company that doesn't want to fix it.

It was a bit of a rhetorical question. It's frustrating that all the options to contact apple rely on the user's phone working. There's no easy-to-access email, and live chat options are super embedded.
