I am trying to receive calls from the hospital that come in as no called ID and my phone will not connect to the call. The first couple times it showed up as missed call and every other time it just won’t connect but says I answered. These are important calls I’m not able to receive. I went through all my settings and everything is on for accepting the no callerID calls.

Check Settings > Phone > Call Blocking and Identification and be certain you have no third party apps keeping guard over your incoming calls. Again, the iPhone itself cannot block incoming No Caller ID calls.

Check Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers and be certain it’s “off”.
Any other functionality regarding rejecting no caller ID calls would reside with your cellular carrier. Check with them, make sure this isn’t one of their services you elected to use.
