Has anyone seen these types of analytics reports? What's going on here?

From time to time I check out my iPhone analytics out of curiosity and today I saw a strange file titled "WiFiLQMMetrics". I tried to open the file on my phone, but it kept showing up as empty. I then sent it to myself and opened on my laptop. I was able to open it in Console and the text was entirely symbols (image attached).

Has anyone ever seen this before? It's a bit concerning.
