Cannot delete backup

I tried to delete my old iPad backup from my iCloud. However, it can’t be done and prompted the error message “this backup cannot be deleted at this time”. Anyone knows how to solve this?

Deleting my iPhone backup, When I go to delete my iPhones Backup, Turn Off & Delete, I get an error message saying Cannot Delete Backup. This backup can not be deleted at this time. Why do i get this? I is taking up 4 GB of my data. I tried doing the same in the icloud app but the same thing happens. Pleasew help... Thx
