Photos projects wont show photos on bottom

I am trying to make a picture book in Photos. I tried two different add-ons and neither shows my photos and I am unable to add to the book Running Monterey

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

Make sure you library is designated the System Photo Library in the library's General preference pane:

Check with the addon developer if the addons are compatible with Monterey. If they are then they will also be best placed to help you with their add on.

Problem Solved. It was a bad Photos Library. I deleted the Library and created a new one. No more problems
