Macbook warranty

My uncle bought a Macbook Pro M1 from Malaysia. Currently, I'm shifting to Germany for higher studies. If anything happens to MacBook during the warranty period, can I claim the warranty in Germany?

Warranty of MacBook Air I bought MacBook Air M1 2020, in December 2022 from USA. I am using the device in Mumbai, India. Would like to understand whether my device is covered under International Apple Warranty and the period for which it is covered. Hope to get your response soon.
