Overheating macbook pro 2020

Ive had my macbook pro 2020 (13inch) for about 9months now and from the 1st month, i realized that when the mac is not connected to a wifi network it starts overheating and the fans turn on to the maximum. I open activity monitor and CPU usage goes up to 350% and sometimes 700% for acountsd or mds. Its very annoying since im sometimes not connected to the internet and it always happens when i turn wifi of. Apple please...fix this.
