Blurry Photos

I got a new phone and the photos are now blurry. I read that if you are in wifi the high resolution should download from icloud and mine are not. I have my icloud on for photos and the "download and keep origionals" clicked. I dont know what else to do.

Hey SamanthaSchiesser,

It appears that your photos are blurry on your new iPhone. You'll want to check to make sure that the download has completed for your iCloud Photos. The following information below shows how to check, which is from the following article: Get help with iCloud Photos - Apple Support

"How do I check the status of my uploads or downloads to iCloud Photos?

  1. Open the Photos app.
  2. Select the Library tab, then tap All Photos.
  3. Scroll to the bottom to see the status bar.

You can also find photos and videos from your Photos Library that haven't been uploaded to iCloud in a smart album on your Mac."

If the download isn't completed yet, that could possibly be why the photos are blurry. Another step you can take is to restart your iPhone which may help resolve this: Restart your iPhone

Best wishes.
