Monterey 12.01 update keeps failing - MacBook Pro 16 inch M1 Pro 32GB Ram

Hi,


I've tried updating my MacBook several times, it either doesn't start the download, or the download for the update gets to around 570mb, and then I receive an error stating that the update cannot resume or continue, and I have to check my internet connection.


The strange part is, my internet connection is just working fine, at around 350mbps. The other part is, that I rebooted, tried again, same error. I've powered down, booted up, tried again, got to 570mb and boom same error.


Really do not know what to do about this as I'm unable to get it updated like this.

here, I’ll link it here for your safety:

Running InstallAssistant.pkg will place the full “Install macOS Monterey.app” into your Applications folder.
