IOS Shortcut Error - WFActionError-Domain error 1

I have a shortcut for Lightroom to allow selection of photos from Photos app, which are then imported to Lightroom and then deleted from Photos.

The shortcut just started throwing and error message "The operation couldn't be completed. (WFActionError-Domain error 1.) after I select the images and click on Add.

Wondering if this is due to a recent Lightroom update or some other issue with Shortcuts under iPadOS 15.1?

Anyone have any pointers for how to resolve this error?

Shortcuts Can’t Be Downloaded I am currently unable to download any 3rd party iOS shortcut on either iPhone or iPad (e.g. TVDL, any others). I am running the most current version of iOS and iPadOS 16. No matter the source or the shortcut, I immediately receive the error “Can’t connect to the Gallery”. Image below. Can't choose wallpaper from Photos: com.apple.extensionKit.errorDomain error 15 I get the error "Settings Error: The operation couldn’t be completed. com.apple.extensionKit.errorDomain error 15". This happens from "System Settings" > "Wallpaper" when clicking the button for selecting an album. It happens repeatedly and won't let me add a wallpaper album from Photos.

Mimeo Photo Book - An error occurred while loading the project extension “Mimeo Photos” I successfully created some projects in Mimeo and Photos earlier in the year which I printed. However, Mimeo has now updated and every time I try to go into the project it states that "An error occurred while loading the project extension “Mimeo Photos”" - I have deleted the App several times and reloaded it and rebooted too but I still get the same message. Can anyone advise what to do.
