I have just started getting into Roblox grinding I saw that some people grind games overnight I was wondering if I can grind roblox overnight on my 2013 imac can I?

I don't see why not. Some apps are better than others at defeating the power saving features of macOs, so you might have to do it manually. Otherwise, as Chris implied, you need to check with the Roblox community.
