iPhone XR updated with most recent IOS.
When I make an outgoing call, my phone doesn't ring on my end. It's just completely silent and then whoever I am calling just answers. Does anyone now why this is? I have tried multiple things including the airplane mode hack and restarting my phone but it still happens. Help please.

For this particular issue you will want to reach out to your carrier, the sound you hear is actually produced on their end.
