IMac will not start up

Shut it off, in April 2021. Worked with no issues. Now it will not boot up, tried recovery, nothing works. Got a Round circle with slant mark and then a question. What do I do…. Big Slur OS?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support

The folder with the flashing question mark means the Mac can't find a valid operating system.

Your internal drive may have failed.

How old is this Mac?

Does it still have the original startup drive inside?

If you can, reboot in recovery mode and run Disk Utility > First Aid on the internal drive to see if it's a problem that can be repaired. Links to the process are in the support document I've included above.
