So I’m struggle with this for a while.

my iphone 12 pro max with in a year dropped health to 85% wich is weird never had such bad battery life ever on iPhone and older phones of 5 years or older not even near this %. So try figure out the battery cycle count but log file containing it is not made. Turned everything on for long time.

when restored phone and setup as new file got generated but sadly due some apps no longer in store and not able find them in my history to redownload I loaded backup again and again log is no longer beeying generated.

how can I fix this?

secondly I did get count cycle true my pc and said i had 248 charge cycle. Apple state that 80% battery health at 500 cycles so sitting at 85% with only half cycle count is not normal right?

sended my phone to my provider ofcourse they flound no issue.

Slightly shorter life than expected but not a warranty item unless it had gone to 80% inside 12 months, and it is out of warranty now anyway.

Have Apple replace it at 79% for $69
