Keynote Live not working - why?

I tried to present the presentation with Keynote Live, but the iCloud couldn’t connect to the server due to a problem. Why? (iPad (10.2)(7)(A2197)(15.1))

"To play your presentation online with Keynote Live, update to the most recent version of Keynote for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac, or use Keynote online at iCloud.com. You must also sign in to iCloud on your device and store your presentation in iCloud Drive." You can view additional details and information here: Get started with Keynote Live


If all requirements are met, ensure your device is fully connected to your Wi-Fi network. Connect to Wi-Fi on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
