USB external microphone was not recognized by Mac

I just recently update to macOS Monterey version 12.0.1

My two USB Microphones were no longer recognized by my MacBook Air. It worked fine before I upgraded to Monterey. After contacting support, I was advised that the manufacture should be updating the firmware. Any one can help?
