I have entered verifiable health records, and still can't add COVID-19 vaccine to my wallet

I have attached my Health app to my Stanford Healthcare account, which is verifiable health data. It has downloaded my vaccination records to my phone. However, I'm not able to add that to my Apple Wallet. Help? I thought this was possible in iOS 15

We understand you're trying to add your COVID-19 vaccination record to your iPhone, but it's not working. We'd be happy to provide information about what may be happening.


You may not be able to add that vaccination record as described in the related article due to Stanford Healthcare not being part of the CommonTrust Network:
