iOS Facetime SharePlay Share my Screen - How to stop blurry when first connected

We both have iPhone 6 running iOS 15.1 and connect using Facetime SharePlay feature Share My Screen. We are both using home Wi-fi internet connections. Everytime we first connect the screen is blurry. It goes away when the Home button is pressed or the Home screen is swiped. Sometimes there is an error message on the screen that I need to see when first connecting. How do I fix it so the blurriness goes away when first connecting?
