I tried to FaceTime with my friends and I saw my FaceTime app isn’t working. When I text in iMessage top of the screen shows FaceTime icon and it’s blurry, I can’t press it. Please someone help me.
I’m currently using iOS 12.5.5 version (iPhone 6)

Appreciate your response. I checked those links, and in the first link it ask what version I use but there’s no iOS 12. Do you know that FaceTime is still available for iOS 12?
