My Find my iphone apps was not working

Thanks for the screenshot, that is the Settings > (name)> Apple ID > Find My. The settings appear to be okay.

What happens when you open the Find My app on your iPhone and tap on the People option at the bottom? Do you see the requests to share your location and the "+" to send requests? If you tap on the Devices tab, do you see a list of your devices? And if you tap on the Me tab, is Share My Location enabled?

Reach back out and let us know what happens when you try adding and accepting invites within the app.
