Apple Music App for LG’ TV version 1.0.3 doesn’t support spatial audio but the device support Dolby Atmos

lossless and dolby is a MUST for the LG app as Airplay 2 doesnt support lossless streams. The stream via airplay 2 is always 256kbs AAC when using apple music app on an iOS device or a mac. It's currently impossible to get wireless lossless stream via airplay 2. Please fix that on airplay 2 or give us the lossless feature on the LG TV app. The lightning adapter is limited th 24/48Khz. Bluetooth is not capable for lossless audio broadcast. Lossless audio in Apple music is nearly useless right now. The only way is an external DAC. PLEASE fix that issue.

Of all the music providers I just want something to access quickly and Tidal seems to have the edge of the other at the moment with their Atmos capability on the LG.

I Have also the same question, why the music app does not support Dolby Atmos and Lossless music. Using my LG OLED65B9 and a LG SN8YG soundbar, i get an dolby audio 2.0 stream from the music app.

Talking without knowledge, the apple tv+ app work flawlessly with Dolby Atmos AND Dolby Vision, now is just extend those capabilities to the music app.

It is great to see the music app on out LGs, we can now enjoy our apple subscriptions on those amazing OLEDs, but the full experience, lossless and dolby is a MUST.
