iPhone 13 Pro charging problem

Occasionally, as my phone is plugged in overnight, it will not charge. The lightening bolt symbol is next to the battery indicating it’s receiving power and all is well, but when I wake up in the morning the percentage hasn’t gone up. I saw a few other people mention this here and have yet to see a helpful reply. I’ve been through the troubleshooting steps as best as I can but the issue is intermittent. I’ve tried new cables and they’re plugged directly into a USB outlet. I even went to far as to replace the outlet itself but have had no luck. I’ve cleaned the charging port with contact cleaner and sucked it out with a vacuum.
