No Hdr video playback after Safari update

I just noticed when I'm watching an HDR video on YouTube there no HDR option anymore on the latest Safari 15.1 update but when I'm on chrome it works fine. it worked on safari before the update please fix this. I'm not connected to an external display this is straight internally from my 2019 MacBook Pro, even in safe mode the HDR option in safari is gone. (top picture is Google Chrome, bottom is Safari)
