Hi, I’m receiving lots of junk emails and I clicked on a link to unsubscribe and entered my email address on the link. Weird things happened and I deleted email immediately. Will my email be compromised, will spyware or malware be put on my iPhone?

Never do that again, so they know that your email address is a valid email address and will continue to spam and also distribute your email address to other spammers.
