Why is apple phone so difficult to install and update apps even when it’s demanding for an update? It’s so disturbing and regretting to have the phone.

Not sure what you mean. Software upgrades are at Settings > General > Software Update (and you're running iOS 13 you can run iOS 15).
why is so difficult to install app. I have being struggling to install WhatsApp for months. Always the address error?
