No cell service after iOS 15 update

The IOS 15 update caused my cell service to not work at all. The phone won't even recognize that I have the sim card out - it won't connect to any cellular capability.

I'm in a desperate pinch here as I can't make or receive calls or texts at all, and I replaced my phone on an urgent basis.
