Download full photo versions to PC from iCloud

Hi. My preference is to have the full versions of my iCloud photos download to my PC. Is this setting available?

Thanks for replying.

My pictures are downloading to my PC. But not downloading the full pixel versions. The photos are downloading with the iCloud icon. A further action is necessary (clicking each photo) to get the full pixel version. Is there a setting on my iPhone or PC that would cause the full pixel versions to download without further action on my part?

No setting is necessary. Your images should sync automatically. See the related article above.
