Profile not updating

My profile on [this] Apple Support Community does not update with points for helping answer questions and has incorrect location.

I have amassed a collection of emails claiming that I earned points, yet my profile does not reflect that.

Please advise,

Thank you‼️

First, you have to understand: we have no power to do anything except call something to the hosts' attention; they do not keep us informed after that. And, once you report it, you cannot do it again. So, here is a link to the rules of these forums which contain an email address for the hosts - you can email them directly.

FWIW, the first popup I see when clicking on your name shows that you are in PA. But you are correct - once I click on profile, I get "none provided". Most do that on purpose; we are encouraged not to reveal personal information here (see rules). I don't know what you wanted to show so you can discuss that in your email. As well, I don't know what you mean with "picture" - you mean your avatar or ?? As for the seattle - no idea unless you entered that somewhere.

And, be sure to check exactly what you want displayed and for whom - I have mine set to display nothing (purposely) except for the country (which helps with troubleshooting). If you try to check my profile, you will be met with "none provided". When I check it, more info is displayed - my choice.

The fact the people get basically four points for joining and yours shows zero suggests a bug in the point system. It was recently overhauled and I suspect someone left a wrench inside a valve cover, so to speak. The "leaderboard" part has been walkabout for several weeks and I suspect your issue is related. The Hosts are aware but we as end users cannot give you any updates because we don't get them.
