Default Dictionary iPhone 12 iOS15

When selecting text online for a definition there is no option to save the “looked up” word/s. The app has it but only when the app itself is directly opened, not when prompted from the select text box. Also, there appears to be no way to load as a default dictionary some other one like Merriam-Webster.

How can I edit my dictionary on the iPhone? I must have saved "chicago" on my iPhone and now no matter when I drag type chicago it won't automatically correct 'chicago' to "Chicago", it stopped giving it the uppercase. So I think I saved "chicago" to do the library and refuses. If you know how to go into the dictionary and remove that added worded, "chicago" so that it can keep correcting Chicago. Or if you know another reason. Do tell tell!

“Lookup” option missing in contextual menu Hello there! I used to be able to select “Look Up” in contextual menu after selecting a specific words in any websites. By doing so I can look up the meaning of words with the help of my built-in dictionary in my iPhone12. However, that “look up” option somehow went missing in my menu recently and I just failed to find in back after many attempts in different means. Does anyone have any ideas about this issue? If so please let me know as this issue has been bugging me for a long time….thank you in advance!

How do I add words to my phone’s dictionary? So as I’m writing a text, I kept on have a frustrating issue. Every time I type “readded” it keeps saying it’s not a real word. How do I add it to my dictionary to stop this from happening?

Icarus ~ Although Apple administers these communities, that doesn't include reading each of thousands of daily posts for possible feedback. However, Apple will "read all feedback carefully" here:
