Can't delete Books, Notes, or Reminders apps completely

Does anyone know if there is a way to completely delete these off your device?

When I click into them it gives me the option to Offload or Delete. I have tried both but they don't seem to do anything.

I have also tried reinstalling the apps and then Offloading -> Deleting, but then they still end up like this. Are they just permanently there or is there a way to get rid of them?

To answer your question above, yeah I see the "Turn screen time on" option. I also tried turning it on and checking privacy settings, but saw that the option you mentioned was already set to allow.

Yeah currently they're not on my phone, but other apps that I have uninstalled have been removed completely from the iPhone storage screen. So I was curious why these ones are sticking around?
