Emojis not showing up on touch bar

I just noticed 12.2.1 came out, does this update fix this issue? I am on 12.2 and it did nothing.

Having this exact same problem. Up-to-date with 12.2.1 and still, the issue persists. Crazy how so many people have replied to this post with the same issue, yet it has not been addressed.

Same problem here too, and the updates (12.2.1)have so far refused to fix the issue. It's like a itch one can't get rid of.
