Alincanada,
Thanks for getting back to us and for providing that update. Our recommendation is to restore the software on your iPhone by using a computer. This will reinstall a fresh brand new copy of the iOS software on your iPhone. When you perform this step, you'll want to set up your iPhone as new without your backup. This will help determine if the issue you're experiencing is hardware or software related. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Create a back up of your data: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
2. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
3. Set up your iPhone following the steps here: Set up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
*** For step 5 - “Restore or transfer your information and data" you’ll want to select, “Don’t Transfer Apps & Data”
4) After completing the setup, test the iPhone and see if the issue returns. If it doesn’t, you can restore the backup you created for step 1. Here’s how to restore the backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Please keep us posted with the results.
Cheers.
