12 days to me...How long time do you wait for your Macbook?

My situation is:

Locate in Canada, Macbook departed from China. It's stated the UPS Worldwide Express Saver® (3 business days to delivery from Asia) service is used.

The parcel started it's shipment on 10-NOV, during these days, the UPS Estimated Delivery changed from 17-NOV, to non (To be provided as soon as possible), to 19-NOV, to 22-NOV, back and forth, it remains 19-NOV in APPLE.

Even excluding the 2-3 days in what "non-UPS broker", I will wait for 9 days. And it seems there was possibility to be delivered on 19-NOV, but UPS did not take it:

When I see the parcel arrived Anchorage yesterday, I see it was departed around 15:40, and there was a UPS flight from Anchorage to Toronto at similar time, so, I thought UPS will try to deliver by taking that flight, but I am wrong.....

It's not been my first time to have such experience by using UPS...

Apple, can you give an option to your customer to choose their wanted carrier?

You are choosing partners with good reputation in most process of your products and services, but why not in shipment.

We purchase laptops being used in everyday production environment, not something else can be freely thrown here and there before delivery.

Guys, how long usually you wait for your products to be delivered?
