iCloud glitch on iPhone

I am having the same issue if I log onto iCloud from safari on my iPhone it constantly refreshes photos I’ve been try to delete some items I don’t need like screenshots but I can’t get the screen to stay still long enough to actually delete anything it’s driving me crazy, I am using an iPhone 13 pro max, it’s updated to the latest iOS 15.1.1 I have 80GB of storage left on my iPhone and 200 GB for iCloud which is only a quarter of the way full

I’ve even tried it from chrome app and it still happens, so I went on my laptop which is also up to date and it happens on there as well this has to be something on apple’s end.

i hope that fix this issue quickly
