How to opt out of Keychain?

Before taking this screenshot I noticed about 100 different passwords stored into keychain. I deleted them all and this is what I see again.

1) How do I disable Keychain? I store my passwords somewhere else.

2) Why do I see Wifi analytics in my Keychain?

Are you experiencing a specific problem with your Keychain or Keychain Access? The Keychain contains a lot more than passwords, it has certificates and other things that are needed for your Mac to work properly. The information in the Keychain is protected and is best simply left alone. I do not believe there is a way to turn off Keychain, it is intrinsic to the operating system.
