Safari is updated when you upgrade the OS on your MacBook Pro.
The model year of a MacBook Pro is available at Apple menu > About This Mac.
A mid 2012 through early 2013 MacBook Pro can be upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 but no later version. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211683

The reason I ask about an upgrade is because I'm having problems on POGO.Com playing the games. I've been a paying member since 2006 but only recently some games freeze and won't load and there's no sound in any of the games. I've tried all advice and nothing works to solves this problem.
I keep getting this warning on the games that won't play:

Safari 15.1 is the latest version of Safari that has been released to date.
Have you tried another browser -- e.g, try Chrome instead of Safari? That can help identify whether the issue is related to Safari. https://www.google.com/chrome/
