When I first opened OS 12 there was a brief info window extolling some of the new features. One was to go right to the lower right corner for a pop-up window to write a note. That's not working for me. What do I do to get it to work?

Well it sort of solved it. I finally figured out that the cursor has to go completely off the corner of the screen on the right side... both top and bottom. So now I just aim for the corner and keep on going. And now I know why I couldn't get hot corners to work before when I carefully aimed my cursor.
