Trying to redownload TikTok and it just doesn’t work

I deleted TikTok not so long ago and I wanted to download it again but whenever I press the cloud icon it will just spin for a split second and return to the cloud icon not downloading it but I already tried disconnecting and connecting to the Wi-Fi and using a vpn, resetting, and force resetting. But I haven’t found a solution
